Ubiquity becomes Taskfox

Since upgrading to Firefox 3.6, I’ve been wondering when a compatible version of Ubiquity was going to come out.  It seemed strange that it would not work in the latest version of Firefox, so it is with sadness that I learn that Mozilla has put Ubiquity on hold.

Still, all is not lost.  Mozilla are working on integrating some of the ideas from Ubiquity into Firefox itself rather than being an extension.  This post gives the details of where they are so far.
